Winning your DCF case through great lawyer communication

Hello, my name is Kevin Seaver. I am a trusted lawyer since 1991. recognized expert successfully specializing in fighting the Department of Children and Families more commonly referred to as DCF throughout the entire Commonwealth of Massachusetts. I turn DCF negatives into positives outcomes for my clients in or out of court.

When we are born, we have a whole brain. At each four years old our brain splits in half. We’ve got a left side and a right side. The left side is the academic part of the brain, the reading, the writing, the arithmetic. The right side of the brain is the artistic part, the Andrea Bocelli, The Pavarotti, the Michelangelo, the singing, the painting, the Beatles, so forth and so on. Our creative part. We all learn differently and some of us use different sides of our brain to learn.

This is huge in a DCF case. Because everybody learns differently and there are things that impede our progress, our ability to learn and you must communicate these differences and these impediments when learning. So, the more I can teach you on your case and how to be successful in your DCF case.

What do I mean by that?

Well, some people may have a substance abuse alcohol problem. That may affect your ability to learn. You may have mental health issue such as bipolar, ADHD, or ADD, or executive functioning, that impacts your ability to learn. Therefore, the ability of your lawyer to be able to communicate with you.

The third thing can be your level of education, maybe you did not go that far in education and because of that or, of some other physical reason maybe your dyslexic or your blind, you can read, or impair in hearing. These are all types of reasons why we have impediments.

But don’t shun those. Everyone has blemishes, flaws, or imperfections. Nobody is immune, not any family member or family.

So when you meet with your lawyer Attorney Kevin Seaver you must tell me all your blemishes, flaws and/or imperfections. I’m not here to judge you, I’m here to advocate for you so that we can communicate effectively with DCF and tell them, at the time of trial, (that hopefully, we will never go to because most successful trials are the ones we don’t have.) But at meetings, foster care reviews, fair hearings wherever we are and whatever we do in communicating with DCF and its social workers the areas supervisors, the area medical examiners and everyone else, we are effectively communicating with them.

That’s why it’s important you tell me how best you learn. How best to teach you, to educate, to formulate a plan, a system and fight DCF to push them back and help you. Because if you don’t tell me your flaws your blemishes and imperfections, I can’t effectively fight for you and that’s what you need. We have what’s called an attorney-client privilege. Everything you say to me is a privilege. I’m not allowed to tell anybody. But you can tell anyone you want. But I suggest you sit down and talk to me, and tell me what your goals are, be clear, have clarity.
