Yeah and when you do all that and DCF still does nothing but suborn perjury, parade of complete stranger that you and your child have never met yet they are paraded on the stand as your child’s School advisor. When these people are so corrupt, that they do nothing but steal low-income families children immediately isolate the parents from everyone and anyone that they have any support from whatsoever, these people need to be stopped and I’m going to make a goddamn example out of them for the second time in a decade. These people have ruined my life, have taken everything from me, and have done it all based on lies. They have flat-out ignored 15 years of clean drug tests, excellent work history, perfect rental history, my child had not one but two therapists, had a primary care physician I even got him into a specialized private school up the street, and you know what proof of all of this got me? Absolutely nothing because the judges is every bit as corrupt as the department, and the riding ada. These people are despicable and disgraceful, and need to be stopped. Unfortunately people like me can’t afford someone like you, so we get to just suffer our children get to just suffer and become firm organic than we were ever accused of making them. So I started rounding up as many victims of the department such as myself as I could. I am a combat veteran, I also dedicated the better part of 15 years to being a victims advocate, sexual assault counselor, paralegal etc and never in my career have I seen such an egregious abuse of power, nor have I seen such blatant prosecutorial and judicial misconduct in my entire life, and what these people do is nothing short of criminal, I have 47 other people who have gone through or are going through exactly what I’m going through, I have fully vetted every single one of them, and none of them are criminals, have drug problems, or did anything other than be good parents. The only thing we are guilty of is standing up for ourselves and our rights, and since the entire system is this screwed up, and I mean I have written area directors and supervisors and it did no good because it all ends up back in the same place so I really have no choice but to go full on public with it, do the spokesperson for all of these other parents as well as myself and my child. I have called in and investigative reporter, I have been working on this since they first took my son a year and a half ago, and I’ll be damned if they get away with what they have done. I am a heartbeat away from being homeless with my 76 year old father because of these people and my child didn’t need or want for anything, had my undivided attention all day everyday no matter what job I was on. I won’t let these bastards keep getting funded or getting away with this and somebody is going to pay for what I have gone through and worse somebody is going to pay for my child’s suffering. Forgive me attorney seaver but all the advice in the world is not going to stop a corrupt institution like DCF, unless all of us stand together, put our voices together both on the news and to anybody else who will listen up to and including the governor of Massachusetts. These people going to be officers of the Court, and I will be damned if these people get away with running a Bona-Fide criminal enterprise that essentially State sanctions the buying and selling of children.

After reading your testimony, I feel you may be the person to help me fight this outrages ,corrupt, injustice my family has endured. My story needs to be shared. Please maybe if you can help guide me with this. I want justice and exposure of their wrong doings at the exspens of others. Dcf. I am fighting them now. They took my children based on lies and what happens. My 2 year old son almost died. Come on we can’t stop them if you’re afraid. They already took our children so now we have nothing else to lose. Our children are our world. They are the future. If we don’t stop this cycle who will?
OMG This is exactly what my daughter is going through. They stole her baby right out of the hospital and are going to adopt my grand daughter out or shoulkd I say sell her to the highest bidder. They have separated all 4 of my grandbabies and I don’t have any rights to see themno matter how much my daughter fights with them for me to see them. They have recruited my mother to bash her own grandaughter and has one of my grandchildren . My mother is a narcissist and is as currupt as DCF . DCF should be printed on her forhead They rerfuse to put them in therapy bas well and my grandson is with a “friend” of my daughters spendiung her 25.00 an hour on her all summer long vacations and giving my grandson hand me downs instead of new clothes. He gets her sons hand me downs and her son gets his new clothes

please help me and my family . my kids were taken from me for no reason. DCF is a pathological lier. they lie to my children. they seperated my kids. they drug up my kids. they want to put my kids up for adoption. they want to come home. dcf controls my kids what to say what not to say. 2 questions – what about when you get the complete file that involves you and your children, over 40 something reports of abuse/neglect, majority were screened out and 3 were investigated and then unfound except one single one. I got the report and saw all the lies now I want to address each can I do that?

My girl and I are going the the same type of scenario we are in fear of losing our two daughters The oldest one who is a biological daughter of my girl has made allegations against me which are not true they have taken our youngest one from us which is now four years old this case has been going on since 2020 and every time we think we’re getting somewhere DCF comes up with another allegation on a 51A which they find on supported but still do not return the children home I would be more than willing to sign up with your group we need to stop this organization one way or another from destroying so many families actually they should not be called DCF they should be called DDCF department of destroying family and children because that’s what they are doing Thank you for your time
My daughter’s newborn HEALTHY baby was born at Mass General & now in intensive care. They first separated mother & child due to covid. However, because my daughter no longer lives in Boston but in TN dcf states she’s a flight risk. Is this why baby ended up in intensive care? They said baby stopped eating but they were giving baby morphine which prevents one from eating! Court appointed attorney for my daughter submitted false, misleading statements before the judge and now dcf has full custody! As a grandmother, I’m trying to get temporary custody -but their not contacting me. I can’t afford an attorney & at my wits end having to deal with this unbelievable situation!
