The threat was brought to the attention of DCF and resulted in the arrest of the father. This is an obvious example of how NOT to release anger and frustration. It is important to find healthy coping mechanisms that will help you properly deal with DCF.

Ensure that negative behaviors do not put you at risk of losing your children. It is important to understand that becoming aggressive with DCF will not solve anything. Your lawyer should argue with DCF, not you! While it may seem like a straightforward solution, opting for this approach will ultimately do more harm than good.
